Hello, Miami! 

 

We had our first pop up event on Jan 18, partnering with the amazing Red Bike 

Studio to raise money for Habitat for Humanity. The hope was for us to be able to 

introduce ourselves to the local Miami scene and give a little more color to both the 

concept of DELLA and our story behind it.

 

Chef Jacob Anaya led the cuisine for the day, featuring our four favorite house bowls  

--The Southwest, Mediterranean, Curry, and Green --and three house drinks 

(including my personal favorite, 24 Hour Hibiscus.) Of course, when DELLA 

launches, you’ll be able to create your own favorite bowl! 

 

More and more, I’m thrilled to be launching DELLA in Miami. Chef Jacob and the rest 

of our team prepped the food at the Lyon & Lyon kitchen, where Zak the Baker got 

his start. There’s a lot of culinary momentum in Miami now, and I’m excited to add 

to it!

 

Next up? We’re taking our concept for a full course test drive. Please join us for a 

five course DELLA tasting event at River Oyster Bar in Brickell. The first seating is at 

11am, and the second is at 1pm.  We’ve designed a special menu to highlight the 

flavors of the DELLA menu that we crave in our food.
